Shumon Basar

Basar was born in Pabna, Bangladesh in 1974 and later emigrated to the United Kingdom with his mother. He attended Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University and later studied at the AA School, London. He joined a doctoral program at Goldsmiths, University of London and has since lived in various cities around the world, including Dubai, Vancouver, Berlin, Beirut, and Istanbul.
