RU Finance Ministry is asking for supplementary 271.5 billion RUB for 2022 & 724.1 billion RUB for 2023 for KIA soldier family payouts. 7.4 million RUB for each dead soldier. This budget anticipates 134k more KIA payouts.

This document cites an average of 8,132 Russian military KIA per month since the beginning of the war. At 7 months on Sep 24th, that'll be ~ 56,924 Russian soldiers KIA. Official Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff estimates of 54,050 as of today appear to be rather accurate.
