It's a very good book

Play Nice But Win by Michael Dell: - Small but thoughtful gestures can have a big impact.

That a good read and it explains how you got started, but not so much what you did differently to say Compaq or Gateway? (or all the others that had 20 pages in the back of a magazine)

Sometime I come to book recs late (especially as I have been trudging through Caro!). I highly recommend listening to Play Nice But Win from @MichaelDell. Go w/ audiobook to hear Michael's own voice. Many lessons for everyone across every stage.
