The Matrix The epic fights, next-gen CG (for the time) and religious iconography aside, this movie made us question our perception of reality, so much so that almost 25 year on some of our greatest minds are still entertaining the possibility of our world being a simulation.

Inception is still next level. Totally underrated, but Annihilation was great. Seeing The Matrix when it came out! Enter The Void & Beyond The Black Rainbow in there too.

For me too. It is incredible so many of the concepts in that movie are slowly becoming real.

For the whole series it was more like 1/3 amazing (matrix 1) 2/3 awful (matrix 2 and 3)

Literally all three are amazing movies. Each one of them is a 9.5 vs Matrix at 10 for this generation, imo.
