5 paradoxes that are fucking up your life:
The more you fail ➜ the more likely you are to succeed

Dr. Seuss had his first book rejected by 27 different publishers.

James Dyson made 5,126 prototypes before perfecting the bagless vacuum.

Fail early, and fail often.
Your success may depend on it.
If you focus on the small things ➜ the big things will work out

Things you have control of:

❌ The past
❌ The future
✅ Right now

Stop obsessing about the "big" things.

Focus on what you should be doing right now—and the big things will fall into place.
The more options you have ➜ the less happy you'll be

Studies show that SOME choice is good.

But when presented with too many options, we often struggle to make a decision.

AND we're less likely to remain satisfied with our choice.
The more connected you become ➜ the more isolated you feel

Social media can be good.

In small doses.

But, like with most things—too much can cause problems.

Studies show a link between heavy social media use and an increased risk of anxiety, depression, and loneliness.
The less afraid you are to die ➜ the less afraid you are to live

You're going to die.

Your friends and family are all going to die.

This thought shouldn't frighten you—it should liberate you to live the life you're holding yourself back from.

That's a wrap!
