To be honest the ecosystem doc is limited and one could say dogshit. I learnt a lot by following @_Kavsoft on Youtube - and I usually never use Youtube for learning, it's that good.
SwiftUI by Swiftful Thinking on YouTube helped me to get started really quickly.
