Sci-Fi if you haven't already: Three Body Problem (fantastic, imaginative, slow-paced and quite cynical trilogy with interesting explanation to Fermi paradox) It's one of those books that stay with you after you read them. I was not able to read anything else for a month.

If you have any interest in Biology or Cancer I would highly recommend ‘The Emperor of All Maladies’ or ‘The Gene’ by Siddhartha Mukherjee. They’re not small reads but they manage to convey an infectious fascination with biology. Lovely books!
